This place suits me perfectly! The fitness center, indoor swimming pool, and great bar make my stay enjoyable. On my first visit, the staff helped me find local hikes. I can't recommend this enough, and I'm coming back for a city break!

absolutely disapponting. The maid barged in daily, ruining any semblance of privacy. Also, there’s no shower door, so water was everywhere. I woudl ve been happy with a small discount for the inconveniences, yet was treated as just another guest, how frustrating! Almost wrote a glowing review, but the lack of attention ruined it.

Try the delightful afternoon cake selection. it's a lovely treat to enjoy post-hike.

I enjoyed our upgraded room with a beautiful mountain view that was spacious and impeccably clean. The staff were welcoming, especially the gentleman who provided thorough hiking information during check-in. Additionally, breakfast offered a nice variety each morning, showcasing local ingredients.

However, I wish there was more privacy in the shower area as it lacked a partition.

Ope, the facilities here are top-notch! The staff made everything feel so homey, especially Sandra in the restaurant – what a gem! The food was just fantastic, I couldn’t wait for every meal. And don’t get me started on the views of the Dolomites, breathtaking! Just wish the air conditioning was a tad better at night.

I had a wonderful experience during my five-night stay. The staff were friendly and helped with any questions I had about local area activities. The food was fantastic, with a great variety for breakfast and dinner. My daughter loved the playroom and the pool was a nice way to unwind after a day exploring.

The dinner dining experience exceeded our expectations with a wonderful selection of local wines to complement the dishes.

We had an unforgettable experience exploring the stunning snow-covered expanses of Alpe di Siusi, perfect for unique winter hikes. The food was a highlight. every meal was a delightful adventure for our taste buds. The delightful staff treated us like family, making it feel like home.

My wife says that having more activities for teenagers would be beneficial.
